Ordering from Deva

How much does shipping cost?

• United States: standard shipping $6.90 USD per order. Free shipping is available for qualifying US orders of $75.00 USD or more; checkout applies the eligibility rules.
• Other eligible destinations: standard shipping $12.99 USD per order.

The shipping options and final amount for your address are displayed at checkout. Standard shipping is currently the available service; express shipping is not offered.

How long will my order take?

Processing and delivery estimates, address restrictions and tracking information are maintained in our Shipping Policy. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Can an order be shipped to multiple addresses?

Please place a separate order for each shipping address. Multiple items in one order may be dispatched separately.

How can I track an order?

Contact support@devatees.com with your order number for tracking assistance. Tracking may take time to update after dispatch. If your parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery location and contact the local carrier, then contact us.

Can I edit or cancel an order?

Order changes, cancellation, damaged or incorrect items, claim deadlines and refund timing are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please contact support@devatees.com before sending any item back.

What if an item is damaged, incorrect or does not arrive?

Contact Deva promptly and review the eligibility, evidence requirements and deadlines in the Returns & Refunds Policy. Keep the packaging, shipping label and clear photos of any issue. Please do not send an unsolicited return.

How long does a refund or replacement take?

Approval, processing and payment-provider timelines are listed in our Returns & Refunds Policy. The time a refund reaches your account depends on your payment provider.

Which payment methods are available?

PayPal is currently available. The payment methods actually offered for your order are shown at checkout. Prices are displayed in USD.

How do I choose my size?

Review the size guide for the product you are ordering and compare the measurements with a similar garment you own. The polo and Hawaiian/bowling shirt guides include an inch/centimeter switch. Measurements and fit may vary between product types.

How do personalized products work?

Review the available options on the product page. If the required name, photo or artwork instructions are unclear, contact Deva before ordering so we can confirm what is available.

Can I apply a promotion after ordering?

A promotion code must be entered before completing checkout. We cannot add a code to an order after purchase. Unless a promotion states otherwise, one promotional code can be used per order.

Can I order by phone?

Please place and pay for your order through the website. Our business phone is provided for contact; it is not a telephone checkout service.
