Shipping Policy

Shipping rates and delivery

Deva ships made-to-order products to eligible destinations worldwide. Processing time and shipping time are separate. All estimates below are in business days and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Current shipping charges

• United States: standard shipping $6.90 USD per order. Free shipping is available for qualifying US orders of $75.00 USD or more; checkout applies the eligibility rules.
• Other eligible destinations: standard shipping $12.99 USD per order.

The shipping options and final amount for your address are displayed at checkout. Standard shipping is currently the available service; express shipping is not offered.

Order processing

Most print-on-demand orders take 1–7 business days to process. Personalized items may require an additional 1–3 business days.

Estimated transit time after dispatch

• United States: typically 3–10 business days.
• International destinations: typically 5–15 business days.

Allow for processing before adding the transit estimate. Peak seasons and carrier delays can add 5–10 business days. Customs and local delivery conditions may also affect arrival.

Delivery addresses and tracking

One shipping address is accepted per order. Place separate orders for different addresses. PO Boxes are accepted where supported by the carrier, but canvas products require a street address. Military APO/FPO addresses are not supported. Orders with multiple items may arrive separately.

Tracking can take 3–5 business days to update after dispatch. For tracking help, contact support@devatees.com with your order number. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your parcel, check the delivery area and contact the local carrier, then contact Deva.

Customs and import charges

International recipients are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges assessed by their destination. These charges are not included in the shipping fee unless expressly shown at checkout.

Order changes, cancellation and delivery issues

Order changes, cancellation, damaged or incorrect items, claim deadlines and refund timing are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please contact support@devatees.com before sending any item back.
